The short version

• We do not collect any personal information about you.
• The calculator runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent to our servers.
• We use privacy-friendly analytics to see how many visitors we get and which countries use the tool.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or advertising cookies.
• Your amounts, countries and results stay on your device.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. The fee calculator is a static website. There are no accounts, no logins, no forms that submit to our servers, and no payment processing on this site. Every calculation — the amount you enter, the countries you pick, and the fees we show — is computed locally in your web browser using fee data embedded in the page.

Because there is no backend, we never see, store, or transmit the figures you enter. They are lost as soon as you close the tab.

Automatic server logs

Like most websites hosted on the internet, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (e.g. the time of a request and a generalised IP address) to keep the site running and to prevent abuse. We do not use these logs to track or profile individual visitors.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people visit, which pages they look at, and roughly which countries they visit from. This helps us keep the calculator accurate and fix problems. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized; we cannot see who visited or anything you typed into the calculator.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland). It may process data about how you interact with this site to generate the statistics mentioned above. Google'sprivacy policyexplains how Google uses this data. Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc. is privacy-first, does not use cookies and does not process personal data.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, Google Analytics is only enabled after you accept our cookie banner. You can decline, and you can change your choice again at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. In all other regions the analytics described above run automatically.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies ourselves. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga and_ga_H9D3V0S4DM) to recognise returning visits and report aggregate usage. These are first-party analytics cookies, not advertising or tracking-for-marketing cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on, and you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

If you visit pages that load fonts or other assets from a third party (such as Google Fonts), that provider may set cookies or log requests under its own policy, which we do not control. You can block these by adjusting your browser's privacy settings or by using a blocker.

Links to other websites

The fee calculator links out to external sites, including PayPal's own fee pages where our monthly rates are sourced. Once you leave this site, you are subject to the privacy policies of those websites, not ours.

Children's privacy

This tool is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
